Holly Cipriani is a certified 200 hour RYT specializing in Vinyasa flow yoga receiving her certification 2020 and has since completed additional training through Yoga Medicine to earn certifications in Yoga for Mental Health and Wellness and Trauma-Informed Yoga. She maintains a belief that yoga is for every body, mind, and spirit and strives to offer accessible options focused on empowerment, self-love, and connecting to our inner voices. She works 1:1 with individuals to teach yoga techniques to support mental health for anxiety, depression, and trauma along with offering studio and community classes. It is her goal that you walk away from class feeling refreshed and reminded of your inner voice! 


Holly also holds certifications in SUP Yoga and coaching runners. Outside of yoga, Holly can be found spending time in our beautiful metroparks, hanging out with her husband and new baby, or out for a jog.

HEATHER COLLEY

Certified Yoga Instructor

Heather passionately shares the transformations yoga has provided through her well rounded self-practice. In 2020 she studied Yin Yoga & found it brought special balance to her primarily Power Yoga background. As a teacher & Level 2 Reiki practitioner, Heather invites students to tune into their subtle energy bodies, rather than just the physical, which promotes a sense of overall well being in her classes. When not on the mat, Heather enjoys making crystal jewelry, painting and exploring nature.

Kristi has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. She is grateful for the light & community her practice has brought her & is honored to share this with others. May all beings be happy & free.

STEPHANIE LAUTZ

Steph is a dedicated yoga teacher & student. Like the sunshine, she is warm & bright easily empowering others. Steph has two 200 HR yoga teacher trainings, vinyasa sequencing & Kundalini Krya. She began her yogic journey 15 years ago as a young dental hygiene student taking yoga & pilates classes in college. From restorative to power asana, her personal practice has led her to traditional practices of mantra & pranayama. As she continues to learn & teach yoga, her scientific & esoteric knowledge grows. Steph humbly & authentically shares practical wisdom & guidance to live a life of yoga (connection) on & off the mat. From studio, community, or private lessons, Steph's eagerness to help liberate & transform paired with her friendly personality, make for a great session. Steph loves to travel & is hosting yoga & wellness retreats around the world! Beyond yoga & meditation she enjoys her friends near & far, time spent in nature, music & dance, & learning about the stars. DANIELLE NOLFF

Danielle Nolff is passionate about creating & cultivating connection, breath and sound. She has completed two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, which focused on the styles of Power Vinyasa & Hatha. In October of '22, she completed her 50-hour Aerial Yoga teacher training.

Danielle is a gifted musician who shares generously through a variety of instruments, and an angelic voice. Her sound baths are sure to elevate the soul.
As a native Toledoan, she is overjoyed to be able to share her offerings to the Toledo Metro area in a private studio space here in town.

MADI SMITH

200hr RYT Yin Certified

Madi is a 200hr RYT, a college admissions counselor, and is working on a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She enjoys running, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her husband (another yogi you may see around!) and dogs. She started yoga as a meditative practice to improve mental health and mind-body connection. In her classes you’ll find breathwork, mindful moments of being present in your body, and intentional movement paired with the breath.

Meet Jen Vickers!

Jen is a 200hr Certified Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor & has been teaching since 2017. Her love & passion for yoga started over 10 years ago, this changed her life in so many great ways that she wanted to help others. Daily practice is an important part of yoga & she enjoys giving her clients ways to integrate yoga into their daily routine.

Jen teaches many types of yoga, but is most known for Vinyasa.

When she's not teaching, she is working to help older youth in foster care find forever families through the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
Jen has been married to her husband Chris for 13 years, they have two children. They strive to teach their children to lead an active and healthy lifestyle.

Jen & her family love everything outdoors including running, hiking, biking, climbing & kayaking.

COURTNEY WOLFE

Courtney has been leading yoga throughout the Toledo area for the past 5 years. An ultramarathon runner, Courtney initially sought yoga to prevent & combat physical injury. She soon found the practice to also be a means through which she could better connect with & learn about herself, build greater strength & stability in order to become a healthier, stronger & better rounded athlete while developing a strong mental focus required for tough challenges & the stressors of everyday life.
An extremely compassionate & empathetic leader, Courtney seeks to help her students learn that it is OK - & actually necessary - to slow down, develop focus & mental tenacity as well as liberate themselves from insecurities, self-judgement & the battles of a busy mind. To Courtney, who grew up a dancer, movement is a freedom & joy to be celebrated. Her classes will challenge & transform your body, liberate your mind & allow you to tap into your true potential, both on, & off, the mat.
